Construction is more than a career for Kyle Schneider; it is a lifelong pursuit. His education in the trades began at home, learning the fundamentals of plumbing, roofing, and septic systems alongside his father and grandfather. Those early years instilled a “done right the first time” work ethic and a deep respect for the self-reliance required in the building trades.

By age 16, Kyle was already working on site-development and concrete crews. After graduating, he moved immediately into the field full-time, mastering foundations and concrete finishing. That ground-up experience gave him an intuitive understanding of structural integrity before he transitioned into high-end aesthetics.

At 18, Kyle moved into custom cabinetry and finish carpentry, developing an exacting eye for detail and a passion for luxury design. By 21, he had expanded his expertise into specialized bathroom plumbing and tile installation. His ability to understand what happens both behind the walls and on the finished surface allowed him to rise quickly into leadership roles.

Before co-founding Full Deck Construction with his stepfather, Michael Berger, Kyle managed a large-scale kitchen and bath remodeling firm and oversaw custom home builds from initial site work through final punch-out. He has also directed large apartment renovations and unit turnovers. Today, Kyle applies decades of hands-on experience and project leadership to ensure that every Full Deck project meets demanding standards for quality, durability, and execution.
